• Receive, verify, organize, store, and control contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
• Update intercompany contracts, including review and signature processes.
• Review and update Administrative Acts.
• Classify documents by contract type, concept, and chronological order.
• Develop and maintain inventories of physical and electronic records.
• Respond to requests related to executed contracts and agreements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Previous experience in a similar role (law firm, legal office, or notary public office preferred).
• Effective communication skills.
• Organization and time management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinking.
• Internal customer service orientation.
• Proactive and self-driven attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.
